Recipe for the day!
Green Onion Patties
2 1/2 cup green onions, cut 1" long(or shorter)
1/2 cup unbleached white flour
1 T. wheat germ
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 Tlb. nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 cup water
Mix ingredient in a bowl. In an oiled heated skillet, scoop 1/4 cup portion and flatten. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Yummy!
