Here is a recipe for "Delightful Morning Juice".
1 mango(peeled and seeded)
1 orange(peeled)
1/4 lemon(with peel on)
4 collard green leaves or any type of greens such as: spinach, kale swiss chard
1 cucumber
handful of alfalfa sprouts(optional)
wheatgrass(optional)
4 stalks celery
1 apple
I chopped all the produce to fit into my juicer and juiced them and was "delighted" with the result. Hope you try it for a nice alternative for breakfast. As you can tell by the choice of produce that it is packed full of healthy goodness!
You can substitute the mango with 2 peaches.
